Inteva Products Strengthens Competitive Position with Acquisition of ArvinMeritor’s Body Systems Business

TROY, Mich., Jan. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Inteva Products, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Renco Group, Inc., today announced it has acquired ArvinMeritor’s Body Systems business with manufacturing and engineering facilities worldwide. With the acquisition, Inteva strengthens its competitive position as an innovation leader in the global supply of door systems and access control systems while expanding its product expertise to include roof systems, motors and electronics.
