TROY, Mich., Aug. 3, 2010 /PRNewswire/ — Inteva Products, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Renco Group, Inc., reached an agreement earlier today for the purchase of ArvinMeritor’s Body Systems business. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
