Sheila Sarver is Inteva’s Chief Technical Officer, responsible for driving technical excellence across the company’s products and processes. In this role, she leads global engineering support and services, oversees standard part designs, manages and trains teams on global engineering procedures, and fosters knowledge sharing and reuse across the organization.

She brings a wealth of experience from engineering and program management roles at leading global manufacturing companies, including Otis Elevator Company, Yanfeng Global Automotive Interior Systems, and Johnson Controls. Throughout her career, Sheila has spearheaded major technology transformations, championed digitalization, implemented strategic quality initiatives, and built program management operating systems. She is widely recognized for fostering high-performance cultures and leading strong technical teams.

Sheila holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan–Flint and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through PMI and a Lead Auditor certified by AIAG.

Based in Michigan with her husband Bill, Sheila enjoys traveling the world, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family—including daily walks with their black Labrador, Maya. She is also a lifelong learner and supports various community organizations.
